Sales Development Representative (Czech Market)

About the role

Join SmartLunch as a Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and drive B2B sales across the Czech market. You will work remotely or from our modern office in Brno, supporting companies with healthy meal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research companies that could benefit from SmartLunch/SmartJídlo.
• Prospect and reach out to potential partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct initial conversations to understand client needs and present the solution.
• Hold online video meetings and deliver basic product presentations with team support.
• Schedule meetings for senior sales colleagues when larger opportunities arise.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM and report daily activities.

Required profile

• Excellent Czech (C1/native) and good English or Polish communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and online with a professional approach.
• Goal‑oriented, organized, and attentive to quality interactions.
• Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
• Team‑player who shares useful information with colleagues.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Interest in business, sales, and developing strong communication skills.

• B2B contract with a salary of 40,000‑50,000 CZK/month plus performance bonus.
