Sales Representative - Heating Appliances (PRO Channel)

About the role

Ariston Group, a global leader in sustainable climate and water comfort, is looking for a Sales Representative in Prague. The role covers sales of heating appliances (wall-hung combi boilers, water heaters, renewable products) in the Czech market through the PRO channel, i.e. installers, service companies, wholesalers and retailers, with a special focus on B2B sales to HVAC installers. The position reports to the residential sales manager of the Czech Republic.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the area's annual and monthly sales budget
• Develop business in the assigned area by identifying needs and opportunities in the specific markets
• Visit existing and potential customers and installers frequently and intensively
• Identify and acquire new customers and installers
• Support sales service, including order handling and payment follow-up
• Work together with Marketing, Technical and Service Assistance departments
• Manage the reporting system as required by the company
• Organise customer training and attend sales and PR events to stay up to date on developments and communication strategies

Required profile

• Technical degree, at least mid-level; HVAC background is an advantage
• At least 2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in the HVAC market
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented and team player
• Very good communication skills and relationship management, customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to travel and visit customers four days a week in the region
• English knowledge
