Sales Support Specialist

About the role

The Sales Support Specialist will coordinate operational support for the KZ & CCA region, ensuring market readiness, compliance, and efficient export logistics. The role provides data‑driven insights to support demand planning and overall operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage market readiness and compliance, including certification, labeling, and DFU requirements.
• Prepare VAS requirements for new clients and markets, aligning specifications and delivery timelines.
• Serve as the liaison between KZ&CCA and CEE regions, delivering actionable data analysis for business cases and demand plans.
• Oversee shipments to partners in Kazakhstan and CCA, and create short‑term demand plans using baseline forecasts and sales inputs.
• Consolidate sales, marketing, and consumer insights to enable data‑driven decision‑making and mitigate demand risks.
• Lead monthly ARM/DRM meetings and continuously improve the S&OP process.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as forecast accuracy, fill rate, BIAS, aging stock, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in supply chain, demand planning or S&OP processes in an international environment.
• Experience with export logistics and international shipments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Fluent in Russian and strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Planning systems such as JDA or other advanced planning tools.

What we offer

• Base salary range of 440 000–586 666 CZK gross per year, with a short‑term incentive linked to KPI performance.
• Hybrid work model with at least three days per week on‑site in the Prague office.
