Sales Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to lead and develop our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who connect with restaurants and cafés across Czechia and Slovakia, generating interest and booking meetings for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of SDRs focused on outbound calling.
• Listen to calls regularly and provide specific, actionable feedback.
• Conduct weekly training sessions, role‑plays and coaching based on performance data.
• Onboard new SDRs and Sales Representatives, helping them become productive quickly.
• Monitor key metrics such as call activity, conversion rates, booked meetings and meeting quality.
• Make outbound calls yourself to stay close to the process and lead by example.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and other teams to continuously improve the SDR process.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Czech or Slovak and English at B2+ level.
• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, telesales or lead generation.
• Previous experience leading a small sales team or coaching new members is highly desirable.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with the ability to give direct feedback while keeping motivation high.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, conversion data and performance targets.
