SAP Functional Consultant

About the role

Accenture is looking for an SAP Functional Consultant to join its Prague team. You will work on large‑scale SAP projects, delivering S/4HANA solutions and helping clients transform their business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Be involved in large‑scale local or international SAP projects.
• Deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions and contribute to industry‑specific applications.
• Conduct business process and data analysis, configure, test and document the system.
• Provide training to end‑users and support change management.
• Collaborate with dynamic project teams and maintain direct client interaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business or finance discipline.
• Motivation to develop expertise in SAP ERP from both technical and business perspectives.
• Strong analytical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
• Agile mindset with a “can‑make‑it‑happen” attitude.
• Proficiency in Czech or Slovak is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP functional modules such as FI, CO, MM, PP, QM, SD.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation.
