SAP HCM Payroll Consultant – German Payroll

About the role

You will join PwC's Prague delivery team as a SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, focusing on German payroll implementations. Working closely with HR and payroll stakeholders, you will design, configure and launch SAP HCM solutions that help clients optimise their workforce processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and translate them into SAP HCM Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) configurations.
• Implement and test payroll processes, ensuring compliance with German payroll regulations.
• Provide training, documentation and post‑go‑live support to client HR teams.
• Collaborate with project leads and other consultants to deliver end‑to‑end SAP HR projects.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SAP releases and emerging HR technology trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll, PA and OM; experience with German payroll is a strong advantage.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in Czech and English; German language skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational abilities.
