SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

About the role

As an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant you will take part in all phases of HRIS implementation – from design and parameterisation to acceptance, deployment and support – for a range of international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in implementation workshops, configure SAP HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent) and produce project documentation, test scripts and training material.
• Manage data migration from legacy systems to the latest SAP HCM version and ensure smooth go‑live support.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, handle corrective, preventive and evolutionary tickets, and deliver patches or new releases.
• Train end‑users, advise customers on solution evolution and support them during the post‑implementation phase.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in French payroll implementation projects.
• Proven experience with SAP HCM and leading requirement‑gathering workshops.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) to work on international projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills, dynamism and intellectual curiosity.
