Security Engineer

About the role

GoodData.AI is seeking an enthusiastic Security Engineer to develop, operate, and automate security operations practices, processes, and tools. You will collaborate with Engineering, Internal IT, and other teams to protect both private and public cloud infrastructure, ensuring proactive monitoring of customer and company data.

Key responsibilities

• Automate security and compliance processes end‑to‑end, reducing manual effort.
• Drive AI governance by creating, enforcing, and maintaining AI usage guidelines.
• Evaluate vulnerabilities, prioritize remediation, and support SecOps activities.
• Manage security incidents, monitor alerts, and perform log analysis.
• Oversee privileged access management, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with teams to understand platform and public‑cloud infrastructure.
