Senior Account Manager

About the role

Sourceability® is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to drive sales growth and manage key customer relationships within the semiconductor industry. The role involves overseeing the full sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams, and occasionally traveling to meet customers in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and logistics to ensure order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and travel to Europe as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales or account management, preferably in electronic components.
• Fluent in Czech and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of semiconductor components and their applications.
