Senior Advanced Penetration Tester

About the role

Resideo is looking for a Senior Advanced Penetration Tester to protect its smart‑home and building solutions. You will lead complex security assessments across hardware, web, mobile, cloud and on‑premise environments, while mentoring junior colleagues and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute in‑depth penetration tests on networks, applications and systems to uncover and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Manage cross‑functional projects, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.
• Mentor team members in advanced testing tools and methodologies, and document findings with actionable reports.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Identify process improvements and propose innovative security solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber security, focusing on penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux administration, and practical experience with Active Directory.
• Fluency in English; Czech language is a plus.
