Senior Audit Analyst (Prague)

About the role

Join PwC's expanding Audit team in Prague as a Senior Audit Analyst. You will lead small audit groups, work on complex engagements for Czech and international clients, and collaborate with a technology‑driven, quality‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure audit documentation meets PwC and regulatory standards from start to finish.
• Perform audit tasks such as issue identification, data analysis, and drawing conclusions.
• Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating insightful audit discussions.
• Delegate tasks, coach junior team members, and optimise audit efficiency.
• Collaborate across PwC teams, manage differing views, and provide consulting as needed.
• Develop innovative solutions to improve audit quality.
• Manage engagements with senior leadership and guide junior staff toward high‑quality deliverables.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to serve a diverse client base.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of auditing or accounting experience.
• Fluent English and Czech or Slovak.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
