Senior Brand & Commercialization Specialist – Prague

About the role

We are looking for a senior brand and commercialization specialist to drive brand strategies and campaigns for our Heat‑not‑Burn portfolio, including IQOS, in Prague. The role works closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams to turn consumer insights into impactful brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and guide strategic brand campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and consumer insights.
• Manage the annual campaign and launch calendar, coordinating across departments to deliver on time.
• Develop go‑to‑market plans for new product launches and major initiatives.
• Track campaign performance using business and consumer metrics, sharing results and learnings.
• Build and maintain a consistent brand strategy and messaging across all channels.
• Produce local communication materials or adapt global toolkits with a local touch.
• Collaborate with the brand engagement team to ensure a consistent brand experience in retail, events, and legal‑age meeting points.
• Incorporate consumer trends and feedback into brand and campaign development.

Required profile

• 6+ years of brand marketing experience in FMCG, preferably tobacco.
• Proven track record in developing and executing brand campaigns and performance‑driven projects.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and capacity to act quickly in a fast‑changing environment.
• Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak for internal and external communications.
