Senior Consultant – Cyber Consulting

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Cyber Team and help shape the future of cybersecurity for leading organisations in the Czech Republic and abroad. You will work on high‑impact projects, advising clients on risk, compliance and strategic security initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client cybersecurity environments, identify risks and design mitigation strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to align security initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Participate in complex, high‑visibility cybersecurity projects for local and international customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cyber/IT security advisory, governance or strategy.
• Background in a consulting firm or professional services environment is a plus.
• Fluency in Czech and English with strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• EU residency.

Required skills

• Familiarity with NIST framework.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards.
• Understanding of DORA and NIS2 regulations.
