Senior Contracts Representative – Project Procurement

About the role

Honeywell is looking for a Senior Contracts Representative to act as a key legal partner for project procurement and execution. Based in Prague, you will support end‑to‑end commercial agreements, ensuring they align with project requirements and mitigate legal risk.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal and commercial contracting support for supplier, subcontractor and project execution activities.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle – drafting, negotiation, execution, amendment and close‑out.
• Advise on RFx processes, prepare commercial terms and support bid evaluation and award.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Project Management, Engineering, Finance and Sales to align contract terms with scope, schedule and milestones.
• Develop and maintain standard and non‑standard project contract structures such as MSAs, SOWs and framework agreements.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks, including warranty exposure, IP protection and change‑control mechanisms.
• Support contract administration during execution, handling changes, variations, claims and dispute prevention.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing and negotiating commercial contracts in a project‑based environment.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms and risk mitigation.
• Proven ability to support procurement teams in RFx‑related contracting activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
