Senior DevOps Engineer – Open Banking Services

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Open Banking Services team, responsible for the PSD2 API that enables secure third‑party access to payment accounts. You will work closely with developers to shape the architecture of our cloud‑native, micro‑service landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Define standards, guide engineers and drive technical decisions across teams, including CI/CD strategy.
• Implement and maintain reproducible infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, using Kubernetes (OpenShift/AKS), Helm and GitOps (ArgoCD).
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of production incidents and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development and product owners to deliver regular releases while ensuring operational stability.
• Participate in system architecture design and maintain the delivery roadmap.

Required profile

• At least five years of IT experience with strong hands‑on DevOps expertise.
• Proven experience with distributed systems, cloud‑based infrastructure and micro‑service architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills and proactive ownership.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
