Senior Financial Analyst, Consolidations

About the role

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the newly created International Consolidations team. The role will support the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial results across EMEA, APAC, LATAM and Canada, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation processes, including inter‑company eliminations and journal entries.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and reporting packages for management and statutory filing.
• Perform variance analysis and explain consolidated results to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve consolidation tools and analytics.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure timely data submission and compliance with internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or progress toward one.
• 4‑6 years of experience in finance, accounting, reporting or consolidation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a structured reporting environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with consolidation/ERP systems such as Hyperion, SAP or OneStream.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
