Senior Financial Analyst – EP&N EMEA

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key finance business partner to the EP&N EMEA leadership team, providing financial leadership, transparency and decision support across the Regional Office and Technical Services organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as finance lead for the EMEA Technical Services organization, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, month‑end close and long‑range planning.
• Partner with Technical Services leadership to support resource planning, productivity initiatives and investment decisions.
• Provide financial transparency and analytical support for service operations, inventory, KPIs and strategic initiatives.
• Act as finance business partner to the EP&N EMEA regional leadership, supporting annual planning, forecasts, budget reviews and business case analysis.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects focused on simplification, automation and digitalisation, leveraging analytics and visualisation tools.

Required profile

• 4+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, financial controlling or business partnering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; advanced degree or professional qualification (MBA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and reporting capabilities with a detail‑oriented, first‑time‑right mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in a matrix environment.
• Experience in medical‑devices, healthcare or multinational organisations is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with analytics and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or Power Automate.
• Familiarity with J&J finance systems (AFO, Anaplan, CFIN, SigniFi).
• Knowledge of AI concepts and prompt engineering for productivity.
