Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

Rohlik Group is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to turn complex data into clear stories for senior leadership and investors, supporting decision‑making across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional Head of FP&A and Group CFO on forecasting, budgeting, long‑term planning and business reviews.
• Consolidate management accounts, ensure alignment with IFRS standards and build financial dashboards.
• Prepare board and investor materials with financial tables, commentary and insights.
• Challenge country finance teams to produce realistic plans aligned with group priorities.
• Develop scenario analyses and business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Own the FP&A timetable and drive automation to improve processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting or a similar analytical environment.
• Strong financial modelling and scenario‑planning capabilities.
• Ability to extract meaningful insights from large, complex data sets.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
