Senior Front End Platform Engineer

About the role

Cato Networks is looking for an experienced Senior Front End Platform Engineer to join the Front‑End Infra team. You will help develop our award‑winning, cloud‑based networking and security management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Modernize the front‑end stack and platform as part of the Front End Infra team.
• Lead design and implementation of front‑end infrastructure tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive a modern CI/CD pipeline.
• Build, maintain and optimise CI pipelines and front‑end testing frameworks.
• Research and adapt new technologies for product use.
• Mentor teammates, define best practices and advocate front‑end standards.
• Contribute to shaping the culture of the Prague site.

Required profile

• 8+ years of web application development in modern front‑end frameworks, preferably React.
• 4+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and ability to architect complex web applications.
• Experience with micro‑frontend architecture and best practices.
• Strong self‑learning ability and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Independent ownership of complex projects from start to finish.
• Passion for front‑end development and developer experience.
