Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

ComAp is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to own and evolve its visual identity across all touchpoints, from internal materials to global customer campaigns. You will act as the guardian of the brand, ensuring consistency and high‑quality visual output.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new visual concepts and graphics for external and internal communications.
• Maintain brand consistency across print, digital and experiential formats.
• Prepare final artwork for production, coordinating with suppliers and managing print processes.
• Design giveaways, promotional items and corporate templates.
• Manage the photobank, organise product and lifestyle photoshoots, and provide creative guidance for video production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar senior role (minimum 5 years overall work experience).
• Experience in B2B marketing communication and a strong strategic, creative mindset.
• Advanced English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (or equivalent).
• Active use of AI tools for graphic content creation.
• Strong understanding of design principles for print and digital formats.
