Senior Infrastructure DevOps Engineer
Deutsche Börse Group · Prague
Job description
About the role
As a Senior Infrastructure DevOps Engineer within the CTO division of Deutsche Börse Group, you will own the reliability and security of the Agent Hub & Agent Chain platform, an event‑driven, multi‑agent orchestration system used by over 1,000 developers. You will help shape a regulated, high‑availability environment that complies with the EU AI Act, DORA and NIS2.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build and operate production‑grade Kubernetes clusters on GCP (with planned Azure extension), ensuring high availability, auto‑scaling and disaster recovery.
- Implement strict DevSecOps pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins, integrating GHAS, Fortify, SonarQube, Aqua Security, Black Duck and Artifactory to eliminate vulnerabilities before deployment.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform, providing reproducible, auditable environments and ephemeral sandboxes for AI workloads.
- Build comprehensive observability stacks (logging, metrics, tracing, alerting) for proactive monitoring and rapid incident response.
- Automate SBOM/CBOM generation and compliance‑as‑code controls to satisfy EU AI Act, DORA and NIS2 requirements.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and platform architects to bridge legacy infrastructure (25,000+ repositories, Jira on‑premise) with the target GitHub EU Cloud environment.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Expert‑level proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration and at least one major cloud platform – GCP strongly preferred – including networking, IAM and security hardening.
- Proven track record building CI/CD pipelines with Terraform and DevSecOps toolchains (GHAS, Fortify, SonarQube, Aqua Security, Black Duck, Artifactory).
- Deep understanding of container security, supply‑chain integrity (SBOM/CBOM), ephemeral environment provisioning and production observability at scale.
- Strong ownership mentality, ability to lead infrastructure decisions and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
