Senior Manager, Nuclear Projects & Offers

About the role

Egis Nuclear Service Line, part of the Energy & Sustainable Cities business line, is looking for a Senior Manager in Prague to lead major engineering and construction management projects for nuclear stakeholders in the Czech Republic. The role shapes the growth of the nuclear business by building strategic client partnerships, leading multidisciplinary international teams and influencing bid and project strategy from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Business development: coordinate actions with commercial, operational and local tender units, map and maintain relationships with major nuclear clients and partners, identify opportunities and partnerships, and contribute to the business plan for nuclear activities in the Czech Republic.
• Offers: develop offers for the Czech nuclear market and/or international offers, define the offer strategy, partners and production model, assess budgets and timelines, and lead proposals involving technical, financial and legal teams.
• Leadership: set a strategic vision for offers and projects, make informed decisions considering engineering, safety and regulatory issues, communicate openly with stakeholders, and support the international development of the Nuclear Service Line.
• Compliance and safety: ensure strict adherence to nuclear regulations and standards, promote a strong nuclear safety culture, collect lessons learned and ensure global coherence of offers on technical and financial grounds.
• Project management: manage projects in portfolio and/or coordinate global and local production teams, develop project and quality plans, prepare consortium and contractual agreements, monitor cost, quality and schedule, manage risks and changes, close contracts and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• At least 15 years of experience as a project manager in a nuclear context.
• Czech and English required; French is a plus.
