Senior Order-to-Cash & Collections Specialist CZ/SK

About the role

The Senior Order-to-Cash & Collections Specialist will lead the AR Committee, manage collections across the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and support cash‑flow improvement initiatives. This role works closely with sales, installation, project management and shared services teams to ensure efficient Order‑to‑Cash processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regular AR Committee meetings and coordinate follow‑up actions.
• Actively manage collections for key customers and overdue receivables in CZ and SK.
• Collaborate with legal advisors and external collection agencies on complex cases.
• Support cash‑flow improvement activities, including receivables collection, customer advances and bank guarantees.
• Prepare regular receivables reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Work closely with sales, installation, project managers and the Shared Services centre.
• Participate in automation and digitisation of Order‑to‑Cash processes.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education in economics.
• Minimum 2 years experience in finance, accounting, receivables management or customer administration.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Independent, proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Analytical thinking with ability to work with complex information.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Communicative level of English.
