Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst

About the role

Medtronic’s Global Pricing Insights & Analytics team is seeking a Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst in Prague. You will lead pricing and contracting analytics initiatives, turning complex data into actionable recommendations that improve pricing performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end pricing analytics projects, from problem definition through implementation and performance measurement.
• Develop analytical methodologies, models and dashboards to support pricing decisions across service agreements, spare parts and related offerings.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to define pricing rules, governance requirements and success metrics.
• Translate analytical findings into business cases, executive‑ready presentations and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, finance, strategy or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead analytical projects and collaborate with cross‑functional global teams.
• Experience analyzing large, complex datasets to support business decisions.

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or Data Science.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira and Agile ways of working.
• Background in healthcare, medical technology or service‑based commercial organizations.
