Senior Product Manager – Identity Security

About the role

ESET is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of its Identity Security portfolio. You will shape the vision for identity protection solutions such as Identity Threat Detection and Response, Identity Security Posture Management, and risk‑adaptive authentication.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for identity security capabilities.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for modules including ITDR, ISPM, risk‑adaptive authentication and identity risk analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to design and launch new product features.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research and industry monitoring.
• Work with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure successful product execution and positioning.
• Act as an identity security subject‑matter expert and present strategy to internal leadership and external audiences.

Required profile

• Senior experience as a Product Manager in a technology or software company focused on IT security.
• At least 2 years of experience with identity security solutions or technologies.
• Proven track record delivering identity or identity security solutions (IAM, authentication, identity protection).
• Ability to define product vision and strategy and work with senior stakeholders.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
