Senior Project Manager

About the role

Drees & Sommer is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, innovative projects in building construction, logistics and industry. You will shape solutions from concept to detailed execution while ensuring economic and technical success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery for diverse building types and industrial facilities.
• Develop sophisticated solutions from concept development through detailed design.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, overseeing both content and financial aspects.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Plan, monitor, coordinate and control the entire building‑permit process in line with local legislation.
• Acquire new projects and build long‑term client relationships.
• Conduct technical due diligence and ensure cross‑site cooperation within planning and project teams.
• Work independently on specific planning and subject‑area tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management or a related field (Czech Republic).
• Minimum 7 years of experience leading design, approval and execution planning and managing project teams.
• Strong knowledge of building‑permit requirements and local legislation.
• Proven project‑management expertise and high technical competence.
• Fluent in Czech and very good English; German is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, perseverance and willingness to travel.
