Senior Python Engineer – Autotriage Team

About the role

As a Senior Python Engineer on the Prague‑based Autotriage team, you will create infrastructure and tools that automatically triage failed tests across Everpure’s large‑scale automated environments. You will build a distributed, modular system that analyses failed jobs and groups related issues, helping engineering teams prioritize effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build advanced tools to analyse test failures across a multi‑machine hardware and software stack within a continuous integration automation framework.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high‑quality CI/CD processes to prevent bottlenecks and ensure robust, reliable infrastructure.
• Apply a data‑driven approach to identify root causes and deliver continuous support that simplifies code delivery for internal engineering teams.
• Coordinate with engineering teams across time zones to deliver important fixes promptly and proactively improve integration tools.
• Develop and integrate new analysis modules and AI‑based insights to enhance the triage system.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python with solid debugging and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Redis.
• Good understanding of containerisation and orchestration tools, particularly Docker.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure, and version control systems like Git.
