Senior Recruiter – Czechia & Poland

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our technology services division across Czechia and Poland. You will partner with business leaders to attract, assess and onboard top technical and commercial talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for both tech and non‑tech positions in Czechia and Poland, from intake to onboarding.
• Manage multiple vacancies, aligning priorities with business objectives.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for niche, high‑demand technology roles.
• Screen and evaluate candidates on technical expertise and organisational competencies.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with panels and hiring managers.
• Lead offer negotiations using market data to ensure competitive packages.
• Track recruitment metrics in the ATS and adhere to established processes.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter in the technology or IT services sector.
• Proven track record recruiting in Czechia and Poland with strong knowledge of local talent markets.
• Fluent English and professional fluency in Czech or Polish (both is a plus).
• Strong stakeholder management, ability to handle multiple priorities and influence hiring managers.
• Experience with an ATS and recruitment analytics.
