Senior Sales Controller – Czechia & Slovakia

About the role

As a Sales Controller you will partner with commercial teams across Czechia and Slovakia, turning financial data into actionable business insights. You will support fact‑based decision‑making, drive profitable growth and strengthen controlling processes for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Finance Business Partner for sales, providing analysis and recommendations.
• Plan, forecast and report key KPIs such as Net Sales, Customer Budgets, Net Sales Price, Gross Margin and investments.
• Monitor sales budget execution, identify risks and deviations early.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning from customer, category and market perspectives.
• Analyse pricing, margins, volumes and promotional effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial processes, especially customer budgets and accruals.
• Prepare regular financial reports and ad‑hoc analyses for management.
• Drive automation and digitalisation of reporting tools.
• Participate in local and regional finance projects and collaborate cross‑functionally with commercial teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in Business or Commercial Controlling, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical mindset with strategic, business‑oriented thinking.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and hands‑on attitude.
• High ownership, curiosity and openness to change.
• Fluent in Czech and English.
