Senior Technical Product Manager – Integration Platform

About the role

Join a global life‑science leader to shape the digital nervous system that connects laboratories across Europe, the USA and India. As Senior Technical Product Manager you will own the vision and roadmap of an integration platform that accelerates scientific data exchange, helping new medicines reach patients faster.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the long‑term roadmap for the integration platform, aligning technical and business goals.
• Lead, mentor and plan capacity for a distributed team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Design modern integration patterns such as synchronous/asynchronous flows, APIs and event‑driven architectures using Mulesoft, Kong, Apache Kafka and AWS.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for stakeholders at all levels.
• Oversee a monthly release cycle, monitor risks in a regulated environment and manage work items in Jira.
• Travel once a year to meet teams in the USA and India to strengthen collaboration.

Required profile

• 5+ years as a Product Manager/Product Owner for enterprise solutions, or 4+ years as an integration engineer/architect transitioning to product management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing technical specialists in an international setting.
• Strong understanding of APIs, synchronous/asynchronous flows, event‑based integrations and familiarity with Mulesoft, Kafka, Kong and AWS cloud services.
• Excellent English communication skills for presenting plans and negotiating priorities with global partners.
