Senior Workday Configuration Specialist – Recruiting & Talent

About the role

Join our HR Technology team as a Senior Specialist focused on configuring and supporting Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions. You will work in a complex, matrixed environment, assessing business requests and driving performance across a global technology stack that includes Workday, Phenom People, Ajinga, SHL and others.

Key responsibilities

• System Configuration: Execute configuration within the Workday application, focusing on Recruiting and Talent modules.
• Vendor Management: Support third‑party talent acquisition systems such as Phenom People and Ajinga, providing light configuration and testing.
• Demand Management: Assess and manage new business requests, recommending alternative technical solutions.
• Collaboration: Partner with HR Technology Process and Solutions leads, Global Centers of Excellence, and Operations Teams.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex business problems independently and collaboratively.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years HRIS/IT/HR Operations experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a High School diploma.
• At least 2 years hands‑on Workday Global Talent Acquisition/Recruiting or Talent Management configuration.
• Experience translating business requirements into system functionality.
• 2+ years leading or executing User Acceptance Testing and end‑to‑end system testing.
• Understanding of data privacy principles and compliance.
• Project leadership in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
