Service Technician SVO – Customer Service & Maintenance

About the role

The Service Technician SVO ensures customer satisfaction by delivering high‑quality on‑site service for lift equipment. Based in Prague 6, you will manage service calls, perform maintenance and repairs, and maintain safe working conditions while communicating proactively with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site service, planned maintenance, call‑outs and unplanned repairs, ensuring compliance with schedules, quality standards and safety instructions.
• Maintain accurate real‑time reporting of work performed, update e‑Optimum, and submit time‑sheets and back‑reports.
• Manage site environment, identify and communicate risks, and take immediate action on high‑risk situations following escalation procedures.
• Maintain proximity stock, request spare parts, and keep service tools, van and instruments in good condition.
• Build and sustain excellent relationships with customers, on‑site contacts and end‑users, applying an ambassador attitude.

Required profile

• Familiarity with lift technology and associated maintenance procedures, with a willingness to attend training.
• Ability to plan workload, report accurately and raise sales leads to the supervisor.
• Strong focus on safety, site risk identification and adherence to safety protocols.
• Effective communication skills for regular updates to supervisors and customers.
