ServiceNow Architect – Prague

About the role

Are you a visionary ServiceNow Architect ready to lead enterprise‑wide digital transformation? Devoteam, a premier ServiceNow Elite Partner, is seeking a strategic leader to bridge complex business challenges with elegant technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions tailored to the organisation’s specific needs.
• Partner with product teams and stakeholders to create and deliver ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical expertise during implementation of new ServiceNow functionalities.
• Document ServiceNow architecture for internal use.
• Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery.
• Implement, configure, and maintain interfaces and integrations with third‑party systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience (developer or lead developer).
• At least 2 years designing ServiceNow platform architecture and ITSM solutions.
• CTA certification or aspiration to achieve it.
• Strong scripting/programming skills (JavaScript, SQL, database).
• Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM to ensure proper data structuring.
• Project management and consultative workshop facilitation experience.
• Ability to support presales, scope projects, estimate effort and create SOWs.
