ServiceNow Developer

About the role

Accenture is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer to join its Intelligent Cloud & Infrastructure Advanced Technology Center in Prague. You will work within a core team responsible for customizing, rolling out, and maintaining ServiceNow platforms for multiple clients, driving high‑quality implementations and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and develop custom features on ServiceNow (client‑side and server‑side).
• Prepare technical specifications, support testing, and assist with rollout activities.
• Follow implementation standards, best practices, and provide technical consulting.
• Translate business needs into standardized processes and design deliverables.
• Continuously update knowledge and obtain ServiceNow certifications.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent in an IT‑related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in client/server and web application projects.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern web development tools.
• Experience in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL processes; ITIL v3 certification is a plus.
• Strong self‑motivation, communication and technical writing skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
