Sourcing Buyer Lead (Dutch) – Brno

About the role

Infosys is looking for a senior Sourcing Buyer Lead who is fluent in Dutch to join its hybrid team in Brno. The role focuses on strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple categories, driving end‑to‑end procurement processes and delivering measurable savings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle sourcing projects, including spend analysis, opportunity identification, scope definition, execution, contract management and reporting.
• Prepare and execute RFXs using e‑Sourcing solutions, negotiate contract terms, document savings and ensure compliance with global procurement policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders in Engineering, Finance, Controlling and Logistics.
• Monitor supplier performance, address delays or issues, and manage tactical PR‑PO processes within defined thresholds.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing & procurement (MRO, services, direct materials).
• Hands‑on experience with e‑Sourcing projects and drafting business cases, TCO analyses, and sourcing plans.
• Proven ability to work in an ERP environment and navigate matrix‑managed organisations.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (C1 level) for client communication.
