Sourcing Specialist – Prague, Czech Republic

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist to lead end‑to‑end sourcing and contracting activities for delegated spend categories. Based in Prague, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive value through negotiation, supplier management, and contract execution.

Key responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions and maintain relationships with requestors.
• Manage the full sourcing process, including organizing events, evaluating results, negotiating terms, and communicating with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance on service, quality, and delivery.
• Handle supplier inquiries, disputes, and payment discrepancies.
• Determine contract requirements, oversee creation, signature, and archiving in the CLM system.
• Negotiate contract terms in line with company policies and legal standards.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and other functions.
• Review and recommend contract amendments throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support category leads on projects and drive added‑value initiatives across regions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing or contracting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude with ownership and the ability to influence internal and external partners.
• Must be currently based in Prague, Czech Republic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using Power BI or Tableau for data analysis.
