STIBO STEP Solution Architect (MDM/PIM)

About the role

Nexer Czech Republic, a division of DANIR AB, is looking for a Solution Architect (MDM/PIM) to join its Data Management team. You will design and deliver enterprise-grade Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) solutions, working with clients, business stakeholders, business analysts and technical teams to define scalable architectures and support implementation of modern data management platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end MDM and PIM solution architectures aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
• Lead architecture discussions and advise clients on best practices in Data Management.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Architects, Developers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define data models, governance structures, workflows and integration approaches, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Support platform selection, solution design and implementation planning, and ensure quality, scalability, security and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring, take part in workshops and solution reviews, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience as a Solution Architect, MDM Architect, Data Architect or similar.
• Strong experience with MDM and/or PIM solutions, and with designing enterprise data models and complex integration architectures.
• Understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality and Metadata Management; ability to link business requirements to technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience in international, cross-functional environments.
• Fluent English; based in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary or Poland.

Required skills

• Experience with STIBO STEP or Collibra.
• Nice to have: Informatica MDM, Semarchy, SAP MDG, Pimcore, Akeneo, Syndigo; manufacturing, retail or e-commerce experience; cloud platforms and integration technologies; German language skills.
