Store Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

The Store Manager will lead a Puma retail location, ensuring sales, profitability and customer service exceed targets while fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass sales, KPI and profitability goals.
• Maintain Puma’s customer service standards.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high‑performing team.
• Oversee daily store operations and performance.
• Participate in new store openings or closures, including travel as needed.
• Attend manager meetings and off‑site training.
• Analyse store performance using controllable operational KPIs.
• Manage payroll, scheduling and ensure service quality.
• Implement training programs, loss‑prevention measures and compliance.
• Control inventory, conduct physical counts and meet shrink targets.
• Ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years retail experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial or senior role.
• Strong communication skills in English and Czech.
• Analytical, performance‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work non‑traditional hours.
