Style (Housekeeping) Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Style (Housekeeping) Manager to join the W Prague team, a luxury lifestyle hotel in the heart of Prague. The role leads daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate room assignments, supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
• Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure exceptional service.
• Monitor standards, budgets, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• Create a positive, collaborative team environment and recognize great performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of housekeeping or related experience, or a relevant 2‑year hospitality/business degree.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer‑focused and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced luxury hotel environment.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations.
