Supplier and Quality Procurement Assistant

About the role

You will work closely with the Supplier Quality Management and Procurement teams to ensure that new and existing suppliers are onboarded correctly, compliant and ready to support business operations. The role blends administrative support with coordination of quality and procurement activities to protect safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier qualification and re‑qualification, ensuring questionnaires, certificates and approvals are completed on time.
• Maintain accurate supplier quality master data, contact records and approval status across relevant systems.
• Monitor expiry dates for certifications, audits and quality documents, and proactively follow up on renewals.
• Administer supplier audit schedules, including invitations, agendas, document requests and closure evidence.
• Track overdue corrective actions, escalating risks according to governance.
• Support preparation and administration of supplier quality reviews, performance meetings, minutes and action tracking.
• Verify completeness of required quality documentation before supplier approval.
• Maintain document control and retention standards for audit readiness.
• Act as first point of contact for routine supplier quality queries and route technical matters to specialists.
• Assist the operational procurement team with sourcing activities (RFQs, quote evaluation, supplier amendments) and ensure proper hand‑over.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalisation of order execution, transparency and supplier performance.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a related procurement, supplier quality or administrative role.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of procurement, manufacturing and supplier quality processes.
