Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As a Supply Chain Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific you will lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring on‑time delivery, product completeness and quality for our global customers. You will drive planning, logistics, inventory management and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer demand planning with focus on delivery performance and quality.
• Oversee material supply, inventory, production planning and export activities.
• Coordinate logistics across product life‑cycle stages from introduction to phase‑out.
• Maintain logistics data and system structures in ERP, CRM and other operational tools.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team, including first‑line managers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and PPI Business System implementation.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage departmental budget and resources.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in supply chain or logistics functions.
• Ability to build high‑performing teams and develop talent.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Orientation toward innovation, flexibility and customer focus.

• Experience with ERP systems.
