Supply Network Planner

About the role

The Supply Network Planner is responsible for managing the full order management cycle for a product portfolio across multiple markets. This includes master data maintenance, order entry, invoicing, inventory management and close collaboration with customers and manufacturing sites to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and tactical problem‑solving.
• Collaborate with customers and manufacturing sites to ensure on‑time product delivery and inventory replenishment.
• Maintain accurate master‑data parameters and transactional data such as forecasts, sales orders, stock transfers and in‑transit stock.
• Execute end‑to‑end order management and act as a backup for team members.
• Improve supply‑chain performance metrics (OTIF‑D, SLOB, inventory turnover) and support the monthly IBP Demand Review.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements, and alert teams to potential disruptions.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, supply‑chain operations or inventory management within an international, highly regulated environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and cultural awareness skills.
• Proactive, customer‑focused attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
