Supply Planner – Aftermarket (Buyer/Planner)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to lead planning activities for an aviation aftermarket portfolio. You will be responsible for forecast accuracy, MRP reporting, lead‑time monitoring and safety‑stock settings while collaborating with internal suppliers across the USA, EMEA and APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all planning activities for the assigned portfolio.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and generate regular MRP reports.
• Monitor lead‑times and set appropriate safety‑stock levels.
• Develop and implement inventory‑management strategies.
• Analyze demand patterns and forecast future inventory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal suppliers worldwide to monitor delivery performance.
• Implement corrective actions, including material allocation between spare parts and repairs when resources are limited.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in aftermarket planning or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of the aviation aftermarket business.
• Experience with MRP systems and safety‑stock settings.
• Proficiency in SAP (MM/LE) and/or other MRP tools.
• Ability to analyse demand patterns and produce accurate forecasts.
• Experience working in a global environment (EMEA, US, APAC).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation and communication skills.
