Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruitment Partner

About the role

DP World is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and HR teams, shaping hiring strategies and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment. You will play a pivotal role in building diverse talent pipelines, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring a seamless, inclusive candidate experience that supports the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, and offer management.
• Proactively create and maintain talent pipelines through networking, social media, talent communities, and external partnerships.
• Craft engaging, inclusive job advertisements that attract a broad candidate pool.
• Provide a transparent, professional experience for candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, generate reports, and share market insights to inform workforce planning.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects, process improvements, technology enhancements, and inclusive hiring initiatives.

Required profile

• Several years of recruitment experience in a corporate, agency, RPO, or fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and deliver consultative advice.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in Czech and very good English; additional languages (Polish, Slovakian, German) are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of sourcing approaches, recruitment technologies, and talent assessment methods.
