Tax M&A Manager

About the role

Join PwC's tax team in Prague, advising clients on complex international tax matters related to M&A, fund structures and Pillar 2 projects. You will work closely with senior partners and collaborate across borders to deliver high‑quality tax solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on international tax structuring, dividends, interest, licensing fees, permanent establishments and cross‑border issues.
• Lead tax due diligence, acquisition, disposal, reorganisation and refinancing projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities for the M&A tax practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and PwC offices worldwide on cross‑border engagements.
• Drive innovation using AI tools such as Harvey, Copilot and ChatPwC.

Required profile

• Proven experience in M&A taxation or international taxation.
• University degree in taxation, law or economics and tax advisor qualification.
• Fluent Czech and English (B2 level or higher).
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and solve complex challenges.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IFRS and Pillar 2 projects.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex engagements.
• Interest in technology, process automation and business development.
