Tax Manager

About the role

Bloomreach is looking for a proactive Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and advisory activities across the EMEA region and beyond. You will ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations while supporting business growth and deal structuring.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance for Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT) and Withholding Tax (WHT) across EMEA.
• Partner with the Sales team to ensure compliant and efficient deal structures worldwide.
• Identify potential non‑compliance areas and implement risk‑mitigation measures.
• Manage transfer pricing policies and documentation in line with local and international requirements.
• Maintain intercompany pricing alignment with the tax model, updating markups and methodologies as needed.
• Represent Bloomreach in tax audits and discussions with tax authorities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all tax‑related matters within the organization.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in international taxation, transfer pricing and indirect taxes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
• Confidence in representing the company with external tax authorities.
