Tax Officer – International Tax Services

About the role

Join Deutsche Börse Group’s Clearstream team in Prague as a Tax Officer. You will provide prompt, accurate tax guidance across our services, working closely with withholding agents, depositories, tax authorities and internal teams to support our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the tax process from certification acceptance to tax instruction processing, payment reception and reconciliation.
• Act as a dedicated specialist at single‑market level, ensuring optimum support and expertise.
• Collect, understand and relay the latest local fiscal information directly from source throughout the market.
• Maintain regular contact with tax authorities to provide clients with reliable support and up‑to‑date tax market information.
• Ensure compliance with effective control and internal procedures.
• Promote a team‑oriented attitude and escalate/report issues to management when necessary.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused and proactive, able to work under pressure with strong organization and prioritisation.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Strong team player with adaptability to change.
• Fluent English (mandatory); German and/or French are assets.
• Previous experience in back‑office or tax custody is an advantage.
