Team Lead - Network Security

About the role

Lead a team of network security specialists at NTT DATA, driving design, implementation and support of security solutions for financial, governmental and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of security specialists, aligning personal growth with company strategy.
• Plan resource allocation and coordinate with business and technical teams.
• Design, implement and configure network security solutions, including firewalls and security gateways.
• Consult and deliver projects for firewalls, security appliances and related technologies.
• Engage with customers on new solution deployments, migrations and major infrastructure changes.
• Provide pre‑sales technical support, presenting solution options and consulting on technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical incidents in collaboration with vendors and technology partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and evolve security architectures.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet and/or Check Point, Cisco security technologies.
• Understanding of network and infrastructure security, including identity verification and infrastructure hardening.
• Excellent communication skills in Czech and English for customer and vendor interactions.
• Self‑motivated, responsible and technically reliable.
• Willingness to continuously learn and obtain professional certifications.
