Team Leader (m/ž)

About the role

The Team Leader will guide and support a warehouse team, ensuring smooth daily operations and continuous improvement of processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the team at the workplace.
• Assign clear tasks and monitor their completion.
• Organise daily operations and seek more efficient solutions.
• Ensure work quality and compliance with agreed standards.
• Plan shifts and staffing levels.
• Train new colleagues and develop the team.
• Motivate employees and create a positive work environment.
• Maintain occupational safety and adherence to rules.
• Monitor equipment condition and proper usage.
• Track team performance and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Secondary school (SOU/SŠ) education.
• Proven experience leading people in a similar position.
• Basic understanding of operational costs.
• Orientation to safety and quality regulations (advantage).
• Willingness to work two shifts in the future.
• Good knowledge of technical documentation.
• English language skills (advantage).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with SAP (advantage).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (advantage).
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 standards (advantage).
• Forklift licence (VZV) (advantage).
• Familiarity with warehouse processes (receiving, storage, dispatch).
