Teamlead Hire-to-Retire (Germany) – Prague

About the role

We are looking for a Teamlead to oversee all hire‑to‑retire activities for Germany, based in Prague with a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for hire‑to‑retire processes in Germany.
• Lead and develop the H2R team.
• Support and implement transformation and system projects.
• Control and optimise processes focusing on quality, efficiency and standardisation.
• Collaborate with HR business partners, P&O operations and business stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely HR processes such as onboarding, lifecycle events, off‑boarding and payroll deadlines.
• Act as first point of contact for escalations and complex cases.
• Analyse KPIs and propose improvement measures.

Required profile

• Completed university studies.
• Several years of HR experience, preferably in an international matrix organisation.
• Project and process management experience.
• Leadership experience with ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Structured, solution‑oriented and customer‑focused working style.
• High service orientation and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
